1/4 cup (1 ounce) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves peeled
1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in mini blender or Bullet until smooth.
